Subject: Microwave Projection
Interviewee: Captain Maggie Sawyer, Metropolis S.C.U.
Excerpt from Interview: GBS had received an extortion threat from somebody named Blackrock. Pay ten million dollars or GBS would be knocked off the air. The S.C.U. moved in to protect the building. Bomb Squad didn't find anything. When the deadline came, snipers spotted a guy in a green and black costume flying toward the GBS tower. He held a weapon resembling a TV antennae, which he used to fire a blast of microwave energy at the relay antennae on the GBS roof. The broadcast equipment got fried. Helicopters moved in to arrest him but were forced down when further microwave blasts disrupted the choppers' electric systems. Blackrock then flew away. Nobody got hurt but it was embarrassing and frankly I have better things to do than put up with Morgan Edge screaming about transmitter replacement costs.

Interviewee: Dave Cobb, security guard, Metropolis Equity Bank
Excerpt from Interview: I was in the video room engaged in routine surveillance of the main customer areas when Riot entered the bank. He was just one person, a small man in a skeleton suit. Two guards moved to grab him. When they did, each found himself holding an identical Riot. As I watched the monitor, the two Riots became four then eight, then started multiplying so fast I lost count. Later freeze frame analysis counted 56 distinct Riots. The guards were unable to handle more than two Riots each and the tellers were so confused that they forgot basic lockdown procedures. A tide of Riots jumped over the teller desks and grabbed everything in sight. Then they ran out the door. Exterior camera showed the Riots merging as they ran out of sight.

Excerpt from Field Report: "C'mon, copper! Come an' get it! Think you've got what it takes to go ten minutes with the champ?! I'll rip you ta—gblk."
Note: Remark by Killer Croc, just before being apprehended by Operative 4182.
Subject: Plant Mimicry
Agent: Operative 4182
Excerpt from report of successful sting operation against Kobra: I never thought I'd find much use for the ability to duplicate the "powers" of plants. But let me tell you, no one wants to mess with a human cactus.
Subject: Plant Mimicry
Interviewee: Carl "Loco" Lindstrom, would-be bank robber
Excerpt from Interview: I needed money so I figured a quick bank heist would spell me over. Run in, wave my gun, empty a few drawers and I'm outa there. Even picked a small town with no resident super heroes. HAH! I'm doing my job, emptying out the tills. Figured I must have had two, three thousand and I didn't even have to hurt anybody! Then I hear the door slam open and somebody yells "Hold it right there, bub! Nobody messes with THE GARDENER!" I turn. It's a guy in a plant suit holding a rake. A rake? I point my gun at him. He points his rake at me and the next thing I know, I'm sneezing. Then my eyes start puffing up and that idiot is yelling something about ragweed. I run for the door, sneezing and wheezing. He trips me with the rake. I hate super heroes.
Subject: Power Detection
Interviewee: Doctor Charles
Excerpt from Amazo 2000 file: "The project was working, I tell you! I had the new Green Lantern convinced a rogue metahuman was hiding within the body of one of the known super heroes. Green Lantern used his ring to scan everyone he knew and relay that information back to our data banks. We were getting everything-power categories, power levels, we even got a few traces of latent powers we didn't know about. In one operation, we were getting a complete readout on every superbeing and every superpower on Earth!
"No, I don't know how he discovered what we were doing but he destroyed all our records and the Amazo 2000.
"No, we didn't have backup files. The Amazo 2000 was our backup file! You should know. You have the android's CPU!"
